1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Blift provides a platform connecting Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) with clients seeking immigration services. Our platform includes booking, case management, document management, payment processing, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. RCICs must provide accurate CICC license information, which is subject to verification. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on the client's billing address. Blift charges a platform fee on each transaction as outlined in the pricing page. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

5. RCIC Responsibilities

RCICs using Blift are independently responsible for their professional conduct, compliance with CICC regulations, and the quality of immigration advice provided. Blift is a technology platform and does not provide immigration advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
