How does Blift verify RCICs?
Blift verifies RCICs by validating their license status with the appropriate regulatory authority before allowing them to offer services on the platform.
Can unlicensed or ghost representatives use Blift?
No. Only authorized and verified RCICs are permitted to provide services on Blift. Ghost representation is strictly prohibited.
Is my consultant’s license status visible to me?
Yes. Clients can view the RCIC’s verification status on their profile to ensure transparency and trust.
Using Blift as a Client
How do I book a consultation?
You can browse verified RCICs, select a service, and book a consultation directly through the platform based on availability.
Can I communicate with my RCIC through Blift?
Yes. Blift provides secure communication tools for messaging, document sharing, and updates related to your case.
Does Blift guarantee immigration outcomes?
No. Immigration decisions are made solely by IRCC or other government authorities. Blift does not guarantee approvals or outcomes.
Using Blift as a RCIC
Who can register on Blift as an RCIC?
Only CICC-authorized RCICs with an active license can register and offer services on Blift. License verification is required before access is granted.
Does Blift act as my legal representative?
No. Blift is a technology platform and does not act as a legal or immigration representative. You remain fully responsible for all advice, services, and representations provided to your clients.
Can I customize my consultation and retainer agreements?
Yes. Blift allows RCICs to generate and customize consultation and retainer agreements to match their practice needs while maintaining regulatory requirements.
Can I communicate with clients through the platform?
Yes. Blift offers secure messaging and collaboration tools to facilitate communication with clients regarding their cases, documents, and updates.
Who is responsible for case outcomes?
RCICs are fully responsible for their clients’ cases and outcomes. Immigration decisions are made by IRCC or other government authorities, not by Blift.
Can I use Blift alongside my existing practice tools?
Yes. Blift is designed to complement your existing workflows and does not require exclusive use.
How are fees and payments handled?
You set your own service fees. Payments are processed securely through the platform. Blift may charge a platform service fee or commission as outlined in your agreement.

Does Blift charge clients directly for immigration services?
No. Blift does not provide immigration services. Any service fees are charged by the RCIC. Blift may receive a platform service fee or commission.
Are refunds handled by Blift?
Refunds are governed by the agreement between the client and the RCIC. Blift does not control refund decisions. However, Blift will help process the refund.

Is my data secure on Blift?
Yes. Blift uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data, documents, and communications.
Who owns my documents?
You retain ownership of your documents. Blift only stores and processes data to enable platform functionality.
Does Blift share my information with third parties?
Blift does not sell user data. Information is shared only as necessary to provide platform services or comply with legal obligations.
