RCIC Verification & Compliance

How does Blift verify RCICs?

Blift verifies RCICs by validating their license status with the appropriate regulatory authority before allowing them to offer services on the platform.

No. Only authorized and verified RCICs are permitted to provide services on Blift. Ghost representation is strictly prohibited.

Yes. Clients can view the RCIC’s verification status on their profile to ensure transparency and trust.

How do I book a consultation?

You can browse verified RCICs, select a service, and book a consultation directly through the platform based on availability.

Yes. Blift provides secure communication tools for messaging, document sharing, and updates related to your case.

No. Immigration decisions are made solely by IRCC or other government authorities. Blift does not guarantee approvals or outcomes.

Using Blift as a RCIC

Who can register on Blift as an RCIC?

Only CICC-authorized RCICs with an active license can register and offer services on Blift. License verification is required before access is granted.

No. Blift is a technology platform and does not act as a legal or immigration representative. You remain fully responsible for all advice, services, and representations provided to your clients.

Yes. Blift allows RCICs to generate and customize consultation and retainer agreements to match their practice needs while maintaining regulatory requirements.

Yes. Blift offers secure messaging and collaboration tools to facilitate communication with clients regarding their cases, documents, and updates.

RCICs are fully responsible for their clients’ cases and outcomes. Immigration decisions are made by IRCC or other government authorities, not by Blift.

Yes. Blift is designed to complement your existing workflows and does not require exclusive use.

You set your own service fees. Payments are processed securely through the platform. Blift may charge a platform service fee or commission as outlined in your agreement.

How are fees handled on Blift?

Fees are set by the RCIC. Payments are processed securely through the platform for services offered.

No. Blift does not provide immigration services. Any service fees are charged by the RCIC. Blift may receive a platform service fee or commission.

Refunds are governed by the agreement between the client and the RCIC. Blift does not control refund decisions. However, Blift will help process the refund.

Data Security & Privacy

Is my data secure on Blift?

Yes. Blift uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data, documents, and communications.

You retain ownership of your documents. Blift only stores and processes data to enable platform functionality.
