Your clients are in Lagos, Manila and São Paulo. A price in Canadian dollars makes them do mental arithmetic at exactly the moment they are deciding whether to book.

Global Pricing lets you set a fee per country and show it in the local currency. Stripe handles the conversion and you are paid in CAD.
