Blift is not a law firm, immigration consultant, or legal representative, and does not provide immigration or legal advice.
We collect information necessary to operate the platform, ensure compliance, and facilitate services between Clients and RCICs.

I. Between Clients and RCICs

RCICs using Blift act independently and are solely responsible for the immigration advice and representation they provide.
Blift does not interfere with RCIC professional judgment or client relationships.
Retainer agreements and consultation agreements are entered directly between Clients and RCICs, not Blift.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:
Fulfill platform services
Meet legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Users may request deletion of their account, subject to legal retention obligations.
Blift uses industry-standard security measures, including:
