Welcome to Blift (“Blift”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Blift platform, including all features, tools, and services provided through our website and applications.

By accessing or using Blift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Role & Disclaimer

Blift is a technology platform designed to connect clients with authorized and verified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and to provide workflow, scheduling, communication, and document management tools.

  • Blift does not provide immigration, legal, or consulting advice

  • Blift is not a representative, law firm, or immigration consultancy

  • All immigration advice and services are provided solely by the RCIC

2. Eligibility Role
  • Clients must be 18 years or older

  • RCICs must hold an active license issued by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and successfully complete Blift verification


 

3. RCIC Responsibilities
  • RCICs using Blift agree to:

    • Maintain valid CICC authorization at all times

    • Comply with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct

    • Ensure accuracy of information shared with clients

    • Use Blift’s agreement and document tools responsibly

    • Manage cases in accordance with Canadian immigration laws

    Blift reserves the right to suspend or remove RCICs who fail to meet compliance standards.

4. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information

    • Review and sign agreements carefully

    • Make payments as agreed with the RCIC

    • Understand that outcomes are not guaranteed

5. Payment & Fees
  • Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information

    • Review and sign agreements carefully

    • Make payments as agreed with the RCIC

    • Understand that outcomes are not guaranteed

6. Limitations of Liability
  • Blift is not liable for:

    • Immigration outcomes

    • Advice provided by RCICs

    • Delays or decisions made by IRCC or other authorities

    Use of the platform is at your own choice.

7. Termination
  • Blift may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
